A standard booth includes
  • 1 set x 340mmH system fascia (visible area 200mmH) with company name in Chinese and English
  • Octagonal 408 system in white (9 sq.m.) on all closed sides of the booth
  • Needle punch carpet (9 sq.m.)
  • 2 x 40W fluorescent tubes
  • 1 x 500W/ 220V square pin socket
  • 1 x Information counter (950mmL x 450mmW x 750mmH)
  • 2 x white folding chairs
  • 1 x square table (over 15 sq.m.)
  • 1 x waste paper basket
  • Daily booth cleaning


Raw Space (per 9 sq.m.)

Note: Additional hall management fee of USD23.5 / HKD180 / RMB190.8 (Tax Included) per 9 sq.m. will be charged.
  • For exhibitors renting raw space (minimum 36 sq.m.), please contact the exhibition contractor for your booth construction and decoration.
  • Surcharge will be levied on double-deck booth(s), which equals to 30% of the deck area on second level.
Payment Terms
  • 50% deposit of the total booth rental must be paid on or before 13 June 2008.
  • ¡§Early Bird Discount¡¨ only applies to the number of booths reserved during 6-7 December 2007. Extra booth(s) added afterwards is/are not entitled to the discount.
  • ¡§Early Bird Discount¡§ of all reserved booths will be forfeited if:
    - exhibitor fails to settle their booth deposit payment on or before 13 June 2008 AND/OR
    - exhibitor reduces the number of booths after 7 December 2007.
  • Full payment or outstanding balance must be settled on or before 15 October 2008. All outstanding booth rental paid after the deadline will subject to a late payment surcharge of 3% on the outstanding balance.  Alternatively, the Organizers may reserve the right to treat the unsettled of booth rental after the deadline as automatic cancellation of booth reservation by the exhibitor. The deposit previously paid will be forfeited accordingly.
  • No refund of booth rental difference for any changes from standard booth to raw space after settling the balance payment.
  • The booth rental deposit previously paid will be forfeited if exhibitor cancels the booth reservation and withdraws participation.
Booth Allocation Procedure
Step 1 Submit Booth Application Form  
  1. Application commences on 6 December 2007. Form can be submitted to Show Booth J016 in Hall 1 during 6-7 December 2007.
  2. Booth allocation priority number will be assigned in accordance with the date and time of application form submitted (by hand, fax, mail or email), on first-come-first served basis.

Step 2  Receive Booth Allocation Priority Number
Exhibitors are required to inform the Event Manager in writing, either by filling in the application form again, email or fax should you need to change the number of the booths rented (either increase or decrease). The booth allocation priority number will be re-ordered accordingly whenever there are changes in the number of booths.

Step 3  Receive Booth Deposit Invoice  
Exhibitors will be invited to attend the Booth Allocation Meeting on either 14 or 15 July 2008 after settling the booth deposit on or before 13 June 2008.

Step 4 Booth Selection in Booth Allocation Meeting
Booth selection sequence will be in accordance with the assigned booth allocation priority number. A confirmation letter of booth location, invoice of balance payment, receipt of deposit payment, exhibitor contract & manual will be provided.

Step 5   Announce Booth Allocation
Organizers will announce the floor-plan with the allocated booth location in a week¡¦s time after the Booth Allocation Meeting.
