Invitation to the Booth Allocation Meeting

Thank you for joining the 2008 International Printed Circuit & Electronics Assembly Fair held on 3-5 December 2008 at Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center, Shenzhen, China!
To select your booth location, you are now invited to join our Booth Allocation Meeting held on 14 and 15 July 2008 at either:

Please be reminded that booth allocation priority is subject to your priority number assigned in accordance with the booth size reserved and the date and time of application form submission, on first-come-first-served basis.
Here below is the time arrangement for the booth selection:
Day 1 – 14 July 2008 (Mon)

10:30 - 11:00 For exhibitors taking 10 booths
For exhibitors taking 9 booths
For the first 5 exhibitors taking 8 booths
11:00 - 11:45 For the subsequent exhibitors taking 8 booths
For the first 12 exhibitors taking 6 booths
11:45 - 12:30 For the subsequent exhibitors taking 6 booths
For exhibitors taking 5 booths
14:00 - 15:00 For the first 25 exhibitors taking 4 booths
15:00 - 16:00 For the second 25 exhibitors taking 4 booths
16:00 - 16:45 For the subsequent exhibitors taking 4 booths
For exhibitors taking 3 booths
16:45 - 17:30 For the first 20 exhibitors taking 2 booths

Important Notes:
1 The booth section details may be subject to further changes.
2 For exhibitors taking 18 booths or above, booth locations will be confirmed before the meeting dates by our individual contacts.
3 Exhibitors MUST settle the booth rental deposit prior to the booth allocation meeting.
4 Your punctuality is much appreciated. Latecomers may lose their priorities in choosing the booth location due to the tight schedule of the selection sessions.
5 Each representative is entitled to 2 minutes to select booth location.
6 If the representative of your company is unable to attend, you can authorize the Organizers (HKPCA or IPC) to select booth location on behalf of your company.
7 If we do not receive your reply and no representative shows up at the meeting, the Organizers will select booth location on behalf of your company.
8 The Organizers will try its very best to fulfill respective exhibitors' booth location preferences. final allocation will be at the Show Organizers' discretion according to various limitations and conditions. Exhibitors shall not have any objection to such final decision.

*Floor plan will be revised subject to further reservation of booths before the booth allocation date.

Please be reminded that exhibitors have to settle the deposit before the booth allocation meeting. Payment can also be made on 14 and 15 July 2008 by cash in HKD or company cheque in USD/HKD to Hong Kong Office and by cash in RMB to Guangzhou Office.
