| Exhibitor Registration |

Please present your personal business card & Booth Confirmation Letter for exhibitor registration. And please wear the Exhibitor Badge to access into the Exhibition Hall during move-in, show and move-out periods. For safety purpose, the Event Manager may request you showing your personal Identity Card/Passport for identity verification. |

Exhibitors who have not settled their booth payment, refundable deposit or contractor badge fee will not be able to collect the exhibitor kit and access to the Exhibition Hall. |

Any on-site order of exhibitor badge is subjected to a charge of RMB 10 each. |

| Electricity Supply |
| • |
To get electricity supplies beyond the stated time, you should apply for temporary electricity from SYMA (Official Contractor) at charges. |
| • |
According to the hall regulations, all electricity supplies, electrical work and link-ups can only be carried out at exhibitors' expenses by SYMA. Exhibitors or Unofficial Contractors are not allowed to carry out any electrical installation work by their own. |
| • |
For safety, the connection of electricity supplies to each booth is subject to a final checking of electricity setting of the booth conducted by SYMA. |

| 5. The Best Booth Design Nomination |
|
|
|
| |
| Each year's HKPCA & IPC Show features many extraordinary booth designs and we believe the 2009 one will not be an exception. To express your appreciation to the exhibitors' efforts, your vote to the Best Booth Design is indispensable! A voting form will be attached with your Exhibitor Kit collected upon the Exhibitor Registration at the Event Manager Office (Rm 207) or the on-site Event Manager Information Counter (Hall 1). |

Each exhibitor is entitled ONE vote only and the Organizers reserve all the voting rights. |
| b. |
Due to conflict of interest and for a fairer outcome, participants cannot vote for his/her Organization. |
| c. |
The filled voting form will be collected by the Event Manager or can be returned to the Event Manager Information Counter (Hall 1) before 1500 on 2 Dec 2009 (Wed). |

| 6. The Collection of China Invoice |
|
|
|
| |
| Exhibitors paying booth rental in RMB can collect China Invoice starting from 1400 of 2 Dec 2009 to 1200 noon of 4 Dec 2009 at the Event Manager Office (Rm207). |

| To collect China Invoice after the Show Period, exhibitors may contact the Event Manager (Guangzhou Office) within 2 weeks after the show (no later than 18 December 2009). |

| 7. Pre-register as a Show Visitor |

| To save time from long queue and complicated walk-in registration procedures, you can now register for your guests through our online registration system. |

| If your guest list includes over 10 persons coming from the same company, just simply send us the guest list with full details for our further arrangement. Your admission badges can be collected at the pre-registration counter during the show period. |
