| 2. Balance of Booth Rental Payment |

| Please be reminded that full payment or outstanding balance must be settled no later than 14 October 2009. Payment made after the deadline will be subjected to a late payment surcharge of 3% on the outstanding balance. The Organizers may also reserve the right to treat the unsettled of booth rental as automatic cancellation of booth reservation by the exhibitor and the deposit previously paid will be forfeited as well. |

| 4. Custom-built Booth Design Proposal |

|

| |
| If you will have special booth design and construction ('Custom-built Booth'), please send the design layout and proposal to the Event Manager no later than 15 October 2009. The drawings submitted must be in reasonable scale of not less than 1:100 in full dimensions and must include the following information: |
