It is less than 3 months to the show and believed that you should start organizing and promoting for your booth. | 1. Online Exhibitor Service Manual |

| For your ease to submit the Organizers' Forms and the info accuracy, you may fully utilize the online version of the Exhibitor Service Manual accessed with: |

| 2. Balance of Booth Rental Payment |
|
| |
| Please be reminded that full payment or outstanding balance must be settled no later than 14 October 2009. Payment made after the deadline will be subjected to a late payment surcharge of 3% on the outstanding balance. The Organizers may also reserve the right to treat the unsettled of booth rental as automatic cancellation of booth reservation by the exhibitor and the deposit previously paid will be forfeited as well. |

| 3. Organizers' Forms Submission Deadlines |

| Please do not forget to submit the following Organizers' forms (where applicable) before the deadlines. |

 To build up your visitor database in a prompt timeline, Laser Reader is absolutely a good aid. The device is not only user-friendly but also can capture visitor info just by simply scanning over the barcodes on the visitor badges. During your rental period, keep your device safe and be reminded to return it at the closing time of each show day for data retrieval. After consolidation, a complete database consisting of company name, name of visitor, position, industry, email, telephone number, fax number, address and postal code will be given about 3 weeks after the Show. |
