| Dear Exhibitors, |

| It's time to make preparation for the 2009 International Printed Circuit & Electronics Assembly Fair and the show official contractor is Syma-Expo (China) Ltd. Raw space exhibitors may appoint other contractors for booth construction. Please ensure that your contractor is fully aware of the following arrangements. |

| 1. |
Raw Space Exhibitors are responsible for appointing their own contractors for stand design and construction. Full scale design drawings with dimension, that includes: Floor plan, elevation plan, electrical plan, perspective plan, technical drawing and exhibit machines plan, must be submitted to Event Manager on or before the deadline (15 Oct 2009) for approval. (See Form G) Exhibitors and contractors are not allowed to do the construction unless getting the approval officially well before the show starts. Besides, Exhibitors are reminded to provide a suitable floor covering such as carpet for their stand. |

| 2. |
Shell Scheme Exhibitors should not be permitted to modify their booth without written request with design drawing submitted to Event Manager for approval on or before 15 Oct 2009(See Form G). Exhibitor must inform Syma-Expo (China) Ltd. the approved changes of shell scheme setup. Any outlook and interior changes of shell scheme should be classified as Upgraded Shell Scheme. With the upgrade request, there will be a difference of Booth Management Fee over Shell and Raw Space. Event Manager will charge exhibitor on it accordingly. |

| 3. |
The Unofficial Contractor of Raw space and Upgraded Shell Scheme booths must pay a Refuse Deposit to the Event Manager against damages and rubbish disposal (refer to Form H). In addition, Contractors should apply enough contractor badges for their workers. Access to the site will not be permitted until the deposit and badges fee have been paid. |

| 4. |
Strict move-in and move-out schedules will be enforced. According to Shenzhen Transportation Administrative Bureau, all cargos entering Shenzhen city during the show period must apply the vehicle permit 20 days prior to the show move-in date. Detailed arrangement about move in/out and vehicle permit application will be announced in coming announcement in late Oct. All exhibitors and unofficial contractors are advised to pay extra attention to it. |
