Thank you for joining the 2009 International Printed Circuit & Electronics Assembly Fair held on 2-4 December 2009 at Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center, Shenzhen, China!
 
To select your booth location, you are now invited to join our Booth Allocation Meeting held on 17 August 2009 (Monday) at EITHER venue below:

Please be reminded that booth allocation priority is subject to your priority number assigned in accordance with the booth size reserved and the date and time of application form submission, on first-come-first-served basis.
 
Here below is the time arrangement for the booth selection:
 
17 August 2009 (Monday)
 
Time Exhibitors
0915 - 1000 For exhibitors taking 8 to 12 booths
1000 - 1030 For exhibitors taking 6 booths
1030 - 1115 For the first 25 exhibitors taking 4 booths
1115 - 1200 For the subsequent exhibitors taking 4 booths
1200 - 1245 For exhibitors taking 3 booths AND the first 20 exhibitors taking 2 booths
1400 - 1445 For the second 25 exhibitors taking 2 booths
1445 - 1530 For the subsequent exhibitors taking 2 booths
1530 - 1615 For the first 25 exhibitors taking 1 booth
1615 - 1700 For the second 25 exhibitors taking 1 booth
1700 - 1745 For the subsequent exhibitors taking 1 booth
 
Terms and Conditions:
1. The booth section details may be subject to further changes without prior notice.
2. For exhibitors taking 13 booths or above, booth locations will be confirmed before the meeting dates by our individual contacts.
3. Exhibitors MUST settle the booth rental deposit prior to the booth allocation meeting.
4. Your punctuality is much appreciated. Latecomers may lose their priorities in choosing the booth location due to the tight schedule.
5. Each representative is entitled 2 minutes to select booth location.
6. If the representative of your company is unable to attend, you can authorize the Organizers to select booth location on behalf of your company.
7. If we do not receive your reply and no representative shows up at the meeting, the Organizers will select booth location on behalf of your company.
8. The Organizers will try the best to fulfill respective exhibitors' booth location preferences. Final allocation will be at the Show Organizers' discretion according to various limitations and conditions. Exhibitors shall not have any objection to such final decision.

*Floor Plan will be revised subject to further reservation of booths before the booth allocation date.
 
Please be reminded that exhibitors have to settle the deposit before the booth allocation meeting. Payment can also be made on 17 August 2009 by cash in HKD or crossed cheque in HKD to Event Manager in Hong Kong Office and by cash in RMB to Guangzhou Office.
